What is it?

PuantajPlus records employees' working days, leave, and overtime, and turns this data into progress payment, payment, advance, and additional income accounts. It lets you track projects' income, expenses, contractor progress payments, and remaining balance together with cash, bank, and other accounting transactions. Work assigned to contractors, unit prices, progress payments, and payments are tracked together with the project account. This way, each contractor's completed work, payments received, and remaining balance appear within a separate, unified account.

Accounting

PuantajPlus tracks cash and bank accounts together, with their separate balances, in a single finance view. Project payments, employee payments, advances, income, field expenses, and other costs are posted to the relevant account; transfers between accounts are also shown together with the source and destination of the movement. A document can be attached to every finance record, and transactions can be tracked by date and category; this way, the current balance, total income, total expenses, and how much money each project has generated can all be understood from a single screen.

Activity Log keeps a record of additions, updates, deletions, and sign-ins across the business, along with the time and which sub user performed them. The before and after values of changed fields can be compared.

A quote letter is one of the most important steps in presenting the work to be done, its scope, work items, unit prices, VAT, and terms to the customer in a clear way. PuantajPlus makes this process easier with ready-made fields and an automatic grand total; the quote quickly turns into a well-organized PDF, is stored in the project file, and can be shared.

My Documents

My Documents stores contracts, quotes, employee files, field photos, and accounting attachments together with the business's related records. With folder structure, search, and preview, files are freed from scattered archives.

Notes bring field observations, checklists, photos, and reminders into the business's daily flow. Being able to attach images to a note lets you save the work done or the situation on site along with details that words alone can't capture.

Agenda lets you track employees' work schedule and also create new agendas. Company information can be kept in a shared agenda visible to everyone, while personal plans are kept in a separate agenda; tasks linked to a project or employee are reminded via notification when their day arrives.

Sub Users

An employee record and a sub user account are not the same thing. An employee is the work and progress-payment record of a person working at the business; a sub user is an account that logs into the app and is granted permissions. If desired, a separate access can be defined for an employee record so the employee can see their own account and timesheet.

Employee access

When optional app access is granted to an employee record, the employee can see their own progress payment, payment history, and work schedule. When permission is defined, they can also enter their own timesheet; this is managed as a separate employee access, not to be confused with sub user permissions.

What is PuantajPlus?
It's a business management system that manages employee timesheets, project and contractor accounts, expenses, and accounting transactions on a single platform. It starts with the timesheet, and continues with employee accounts, project cost, document management, and reporting.
Who uses it?
Businesses with field- and staff-intensive operations: construction and contracting firms, subcontractor and contractor crews, production and maintenance teams, and cleaning and security service companies.
Which devices does it work on?
Windows and macOS desktop apps, iOS and Android mobile apps, and a web app that runs in the browser. Data is kept in the cloud, so you reach the same data from any device with the same account.
Do timesheets and progress payments work together?
Yes. Work data such as full, half, double, and one-and-a-half days, leave, and overtime are included in calculating the employee's progress payment. The same work data also forms the basis of the employee cost on the related project.
Can I track project costs?
Yes. For each project, the job amount, payments received, expenses, contractor balance, and employee expense coming from timesheets are all kept separately; the remaining balance is calculated accordingly.
How do sub users work within a team?
Sub users allow business data to be shared according to role and responsibility. The menus each sub user can see and the actions they can perform are determined by separate permissions; special access such as employee accounts is also managed within the same controlled structure.
What reports does PuantajPlus produce?
Employee progress payments, employee and project account statements, project expense and timesheet reports, and contractor statements turn into PDF or Excel output. Because reports are generated from the business's existing records, they reduce the need to merge different spreadsheets.
What does Plus Assistant provide, and is my data safe?
Plus Assistant walks you through how to use the app step by step; by analyzing your own company data, it produces decision support on employee cost, project expense, and period summaries. Every query is locked to your company identity on the server side; requests that go beyond your own company are rejected before they reach the model.
